1. Subscription Cancellation

After the billing period ends, your account will be moved to a limited or free tier, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

We offer a 7-day free trial so that you can evaluate our service before making a commitment. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to ensure AgentSathi meets their needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. No-Questions-Asked Exception

While our policy is non-refundable, we value our customer satisfaction. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, please contact our support team. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a full refund on a case-by-case basis. This exception does not apply to subscription renewals.
